三杯鷄
材料︰ 3支雞腿. 10 粒大蒜 . 1/3 杯米酒. 1/3 杯醬油. 1/3 杯麻油. 糖. 蔥段. 10 片薑片. 九層塔
做法︰ 雞肉切塊,麻油入鍋加熱,及炒香薑片及大蒜粒,及加入雞塊,炒至變色,淋下米酒、醬油,放入糖。燒開後,改小火煮至汁呈濃稠狀,改用大火,將汁燒乾,再加入九層塔及蔥段,即可上盤。
