法式美雞海鮮湯
材料> 美國棒棒腿30g、蛤蜊3顆、洋蔥20g、大蒜1瓣、牛奶120cc、麵粉10g、橄欖油1小匙、黑胡椒少許
作法> 將美國棒棒腿洗淨去皮去骨切丁,蛤蜊浸水吐沙後,置入微波爐煮熟;備用。
洋蔥洗淨切成丁,大蒜去皮切片;備用。
熱鍋後,油爆香洋蔥、大蒜,加入麵粉拌炒,加入牛奶、雞肉丁、蛤蜊以及其湯汁,熬煮5~10分鐘,最後加入少許黑
